In the heart of The Colony is a beautiful master planned community, The Tribute. Situated on approximately 1500 acres along the shoreline of Lake Lewisville. There are currently 11 builders building your dream home priced from $250,000 to over 2 million dollars. Once finished, there will be approximately 2,000 single family homes. Each area is referenced as a village within this planned community.

Spanning throughout the property, there are hundreds of acres of wide open spaces and over 10 miles of hike and bike trails to grab the family and scroll the naturescapes. Included in those 10 acres are 4.4 acres of natural trail shoreline extending all the way around the protected Nature Area on the southern tip of the peninsula. Great fishing inlets and scenic lake views encourage you to relish the scenery and shorelines of the trails with your friends and children.

There is an award winning resident lifestyle director who is dedicated to putting together numerous activities and events for residents to enjoy. Family and friends are encouraged to gather for a variety of activities such as festivals with food trucks, face painting, fireworks, luaus, and outdoor movies. In addition to the full flora and fauna of Lake Lewisville, the Tribute offers a resort style pool and a separate kids spray park plus numerous playgrounds. This family pool is set up strategically for adults to unwind and allow young kids to play freely.
After luxuriating in the serenity of the gorgeous lake, the next biggest draw to this area is the golfer’s paradise of 36 holes.

There are two golf courses with clubhouses and onsite restaurants. The Tribute Golf Links and The Old American Golf Course were developed by Tripp Davis with the assistance of Justin Leonard. There are 18 holes that mirror some of the most famous and challenging holes of the Scottish Links and the back nine of the Old American course is routed along the shores of Lake Lewisville for an unbeatable vista. The club hosted a U S Open qualifier in the spring of 2012.

Boating, fishing, golfing, nature, Tribute boasts it all. Tribute is the spot for outdoor recreation and allows your family to roam freely while you enjoy beautiful views and relaxation with family and friends.
